📌 Returns
You can request a refund within 7 days of the delivery of your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product should be unused and in a good state.
- The product should lie in its packaging.
- The accessories, manuals and parts should be provided.

❌ Non-Returnable Items
The subsequent items are non returnable:
- Items on sale or clearance.
- Used or opened products.
- Batteries or other accessories are opened.
🔁 Exchanges
We offer exchanges only when:
- The product is damaged.
- Wrong items were delivered.
- The item is defective.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days after delivery.
💰 Refunds
As soon as we get your item back, check it, and verify its authenticity, we will inform you of your rejected or approved refund.
If approved:
- You will receive your refund within 3–7 business days.
- Refunds will be provided through initial mode of payment or bank transfer.
📦 Damaged Items on Delivery
In case your product arrives in a damaged condition you need to get in touch with us within the first 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video as evidence.
🚚 Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), ToyNex will cover the return shipping cost.
Restocking fee:
If you wish to return or exchange an item because you changed your mind or no longer need it, a flat restocking fee of Rs. 500 will be deducted from your total refund amount. (Note: This fee does not apply to defective, damaged, or incorrect items).
